All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size
  • Weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

LS Customs is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • Refunds may not be available for lost shipments caused by incorrect customer information.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

LS Customs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • Events beyond our control

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Once tracking indicates a package has been successfully delivered, LS Customs cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.


9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


10. Multiple Shipments

In certain cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

No additional shipping charges will be applied for split shipments.


11. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
